Price Policy

All orders are priced F.O.B. the factory in Boulder City, Nevada.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, Checks and Money Orders.

We process all credit card orders over the phone.

Freight Policy

On any merchandise damaged in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Fiberglass Specialties immediately after the freight arrives. If it is shipped by common carrier truck, the damage needs to be noted on the freight bill as well as contacting us so we can make arrangements to re-ship your order. We ship INSIDE the U.S.only.

Back Orders

Items not available for immediate shipment will be put on back order for fastest completion and shipment to you, unless you state otherwise on your order.

Merchandise Return

Merchandise may not be returned without permission. We accept returned items for up to 30 days from purchase only, subject to a 20% re-stocking service charge. Refund limited to merchandise only. We will not refund shipping charges on returned items.
